Baby Boomers: Do What You Love To Do

I was browsing my LinkedIn Discussion Groups this week when I came across a dialogue led by Baby Boomers who were discussing concerns about age discrimination and securing satisfying employment.  It was a hot topic with 133 Comments posted the last time that I checked.  Baby Boomers are working longer and this may be one reason for the  spike in age discrimination claims filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in recent years. Whether you are fully employed, seeking employment or considering business ownership you have control over only two things; what you think and, what you do.  The solution — do what you love to do!  Looking for a road map to blaze your trail? Look no further!
